Changes and things to know for First Timers:

 
 
  • A Sit-Down Lunch will be furnished on Thursday

  • A Continental breakfast is served on Thursday &  Friday morning.

  • Evening meals are NOT provided by GSIS

  • Hotel accommodations are the sole responsibility of the attendee (we make no warranty of accommodations). They can be arranged at any location of your choice.

  • Attendance is not required, but sessions are arranged in hopes that all attendees will be present at all of the session intervals.

  • Sessions end around noon on Friday morning, you may want to consider your checkout arrangements in order to take advantage of all of the Friday morning sessions.

  • Networking with others is the most important part of Conferences.

  • All foods and beverages are available to Paid Attendees only. (Spouses are not eligible for breaks, unless previous arrangements and payments are made)

  • Cancellation Policy: All Cancellations must be made prior to January 15, 2012. Those Cancellations will be subject to a $50 Administrative fee. Cancellation Charges will be billed to the attendee, the school system, or deducted from refunds. Substitutions can be made up to the first day of the Conference without additional charge.

  • GSIS Board is made-up of volunteers. There are no paid members within GSIS. If you would like to volunteer, please contact any of the current GSIS Board members.
