Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing to the
Registrar
prior to January 15, 2012.
All cancellations will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.
Registrants that cancel prior to submitting payment will be sent an invoice for the
$50 administrative fee. Please note that non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
Registrants who do not attend and do not cancel will be charged for the entire registration fee.
Registration transfers (substitutions) are available through the first day of the conference.
